Phra That Beng Sakad Temple
The temple was restored during the reign of Chao Anandayod. This temple is the mix- ture of many cultures. The main structure of the Vihara is in Thai Lue style but the doorframe is influenced by Laos Lan Chang๛s arts and the carved wooden door is Nan๛s local crafts- manship. There are mirrors installed in the back of the main Buddha according to Thai Lue's belief. |

Tonlang Temple
It was built around 1584 A.D. The Vihara has three-tier roof that resembles to the traditional style of Thai Lue's houses in Xishuangbanna. Its wall has small windows to keep the cool air out. The entrance lies in the east so the first ray of light would shine directly to the main Buddha image. |

Doi Phu Kha National Park
covers an area of approxi- mately 1,065,000 rai or 1,705 square kilometres in Chalerm Phrakiet, Tha Wang Pha, Pua, Chiang Klang, Thung Chang, Bo Kluea, Santi Suk and Mae Charim districts lies the Doi Phu Kha National Park. The terrain is mainly forested lands on limestone mountain ranges, the source of several streams which merge into the Nan River. The altitude of Doi Phu Kha is about 1,980 metres above sea level. Chomphu Phu Kha tree (Bretschneidera sinensis Hemsl., Bretschneideraceae)
The rare tree is found in Yunnan, China, the only place in Thailand where one can see it is in Doi Phu Kha National Park. It was first discovered by Dr. Thawatchai Suntisuk botanical specialist in February, 1989. Chomphu Phu Kha blooms in February and March. The tree is located at the shrine of Chao Luang Phu Kha. It is 5 kilometres from the office of national park. |

Doi Phu Wae
is the steep mountain. The elevation is about 1,837 metres above sea level, located in Ban Huay Pood, Khun Nan sub-district. High mountain blessed with grassy field, rocky yard and high cliffs. There found many rare floras. To get here must be trek to the summit about 8 kilometres. Please contact Doi Phu Kha National Park. |

Phu Fa waterfall
situated in the deep jungle near Laos border, in Doi Phu Kha National Park, Mae Charim district, Phu Fa waterfall is the biggest and the tallest waterfall in Nan. The waterfall has 12 tiers made of multi level stone cliffs; gives the impression of a giant stair. At the bot- tom is a big vast pool with deep water, from there one can see clearly the first, the second and the third tier, which together are over 100 metres high. Beyond that one needs to trek up stone cliffs to view this extraordi- nary beauty. At the 5th and the 6th tier, water channels down from high cliff then divides into two waterfalls. On the 10 th , water forms a curtain that spans the big wide rock face. On the top tier, the 12th, tremendous water thunders down from sky-high cliff. The waterfall is accessible by foot and there is a jungle tour that takes 4 days and 3 nights. Alternately the walk can be combined with boat trip and it only take 3 days and 2 nights. Sila Phet waterfall located
in Sila Phet sub-district, about 13 kilometres away from the district office. Swimming in Sila Phet waterfall is a very popular activity among tourists. Proceed along highway no.1080, The Nan - Pua route. Before arrive to Pua district at the kilometre marker between no.41-42, turn right at a crossroad to the Highway No. 1170 about 10 kilometres and continue by walking about 10 metres.

Ton Tong waterfall
located in Ban Toey Kew Hen. Phu Kha sub-district, it is 3 kilometres from the office national park. Ton Tong waterfall is limestone waterfall. It has 3 tiers and high about 60 metres. It falls from a high cliff in Pua district and well worth a visit for its tranquility.
